City of Ames

The Ames Writers Collective is proud to be a grantee of the City of Ames Arts Capital Grant Program. These funds purchased a branded tent for us to participate in the Ames Farmers Market and to host our annual Swift Literary Festival Pop-Up at the Annual Octagon Art Festival. Additionally, this grant purchased folding chairs for our events both on site at Fifth Street Writers and in our “tent pop-ups.”
