Swift Literary Festival—Pop-Up Event

Join the Ames Writers Collective for our Swift Literary Festival, a Pop-Up event, on Sunday, September 25th at the annual Octagon Art Festival. (10 AM to 4 PM)

Under our tent we will host local authors and their books, offer writing-prompt free-writes, and a one-day community-story-writing project. Depending upon electricity availability, we will host an end-of-day Open Mic for writers who have stopped by to write with us.
