If you don’t find the answer to your question here, please feel free to contact us.
All members are given an access code to our smart keypad entry (which also tracks usage). You are welcome to come at any time that's convenient for you.
Feel free to bring your lunch or a snack. If you'd like to make your own coffee or tea, you'll find a cappuccino machine and electric tea kettle, as well as complimentary coffee and tea (the good stuff).
Everything other than 12:30 pm until 1:15 pm, which is our communal lunch time, is designated quiet time. If you'd like to talk with another writer, or use your phone, we ask you to go outside so others can continue to work.
We do not recommend that you leave your computer (or any other valuables) on site. You are, however, welcome to leave books, notes, etc. on our shelves or in one of the drawers below.
The parking is relatively easy, with both metered and free parking.
Absolutely! We have our own dedicated WIFI.
Every other month we hold a free, open-to-the-public reading of our member's writing.
If you are accepted as a member of Fifth Street Writers, we will ask for your credit card information, and you will automatically be billed each month.
If your credit card is declined, you will have 5 days to provide a new one. After that, your smart keypad access code will no longer be valid.
You may cancel your membership at anytime with 30 days notice.
First, fill out our Member Request Form. After we receive your request you will be contacted.
All potential members must be interviewed by one (or more) of our staff. If all goes well your membership will be approved.
We look forward to adding you to our writing family!
